Everyone was very informative and less pushy than I have seen in the past and their service department was great as well. I bought a vehicle back in April. It was a wonderful experience and I’m telling you I bought about 20 vehicles in my lifetime so far this was by far the easiest no BS experience I’ve had so I recommended my brother-in-law to this dealership and he bought a Atlas Cross sport from Damien That car is beautiful, but the experience was amazing. They stayed late for us after they close and where men of their words I will recommend again.

I had a mystery issue with my 2021 VW's battery. These guys were so thorough and so responsive! The actual problem turned out to be fairly bizzare and they not only fixed it, they kept at it UNTIL they could fix it. I know the "sales techniques" and can tell when someone is trying to get what they can out of me vs actually trying to help me find what I need. Ralph at Fiesta Kia is exactly that. Most people walk into a dealership with their guard up, and honestly, that reputation is earned. The stereotype of the pushy, say-anything salesperson exists for a reason. But in my career I've found that the ones who truly stand out and last the longest aren't the ones with the sharpest techniques. They're the ones who genuinely care about the person in front of them and refuse to compromise that no matter what. Ralph loves serving people more than selling cars, and you can feel that from the first conversation. He was focused on finding the right vehicle, not closing a deal. As the interaction went on, he only got better. If you're in the market for a new car, go talk to Ralph. You'll leave feeling great about your vehicle and the person who helped you get it.

Had a 10:30 appointment for simple oil change and tire rotation which took over 2 hours. Had to ask for status 3 times at about 1.5 hours and was told they were wrapping up paperwork. After the third time, finally told us they were done with paperwork. Maintenance people never gave a single update unless we asked. We were never directed to the waiting area. Just not the experience expected at Kia based on servicing our third Kia.

If you, like me, want a quick and easy car buying experience with no fluff or BS, this is the place to go. Roger is a great salesperson. I told him what I wanted, he took me right to that car, got me in it to drive, got the paperwork done, and I was out in two hours. I've had experiences where I sit around all day in the dealership, but these people were so on the ball that it was super quick and efficient. Cesar the finance guy was also great. I've had past experiences where the finance guy sits arrogantly across from me and tries to sell me everything under the sun. I hate that, and usually dread having to talk to the finance guy. I purchased a Subaru from this dealership in 2021 and Jerry helped me. He was a low pressure, clam sales person, very knowledgeable and professional. Car buying can be stressful and Jerry has an assuring and calm way about him, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I totaled my vehicle in 2024 and tried to purchase another from this dealership. I asked for Jerry because dealing with him had been extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, I never got to see him. Right there, I would say the sales department is not customer service oriented. If a customer asks for a specific sales person, why not assign the customer this sales person if he is available? Instead I saw several different salesmen, Nick, Mark and someone else. I think there were at least three of them. One I would see in person and take a test drive with on one day. Then another would call me, and I didn't even know who that person was. Then I would come in and see yet another salesperson. I would be told to come in at a certain time and then scolded that I didn't show up. Mind you, this was not an agreed-upon appointment. When I would go to the dealership, the sales person who had called me wasn't there. I would receive phone calls from different sales staff and one didn't know that I had already talked with another sales person. It was too confusing to deal with several different sales people. It was a frustrating and confusing experience. I never got to talk with Jerry but instead was contacted and passed around between several different sales staff. It was very confusing and stressful, so I decided to go with the Subaru dealer in Santa Fe where I dealt with one salesperson, and I purchased a vehicle from them in 2024. Now in 2026, I am getting sales calls every week, from a variety of sales people wanting to sell me a vehicle when I already bought one two years ago and have even brought it in for service. Their service department and techs are excellent and I love taking my Subie there. The sales department, however, seems very disorganized. They don't interface with the service department obviously. I suggest the sales department assign ONE salesperson to ONE customer instead of passing the customer around between numerous sales techs and using aggressive and repeated cold calling, which is super annoying. Buying a car isn't like shopping for shoes. I'm on vacation and get two phone calls from Fiesta Subaru in one week. I also suggest the sales department COORDINATE WITH the auto service database (if that is permissible) so they can see which vehicle their customers already have and drive. I mean if someone drives a 2026 Subaru, it's unlikely they want to buy another one. If someone drives a 2010 Subaru, then perhaps cold calling them is a better idea.

Didn't buy my car here but I had my car serviced The service provider was very friendly and very understanding very nice everybody in the service room was very nice and very understanding as well this is the kind of service I wish I would have got when I bought my car at reliable Nissan this is the kind of service I wish I would have got when I took my car to have it serviced at Malloy Nissan but like everybody says it is what it is but I do recommend service senior car here The staff here are very nice very friendly they get the car in and out at a decent time didn't have any problems with anybody there got my car in as soon as I got there got it done when an hour if I would have took my car to any other dealership in Albuquerque like when the light Nissan or reliable Nissan they would have wanted my car for the day and then they would have said all we're going to keep your car for another day they would have dragged it on and on but this dealership got the job done didn't play around they actually know what they're doing here if you're going to have your Nissan vehicle serviced bring it here to Santa Fe New Mexico Nissan dealership I recommend it if I could give you more than five stars I would thank you guys very much for the great experience I had today👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Polite, helpful, timely, thorough, but.... added misc. fees at checkout (e.g. shop fee for a 'diagnostic' where only a scanner is used. "Environmental fee"?) They wanted $700. for an engine oil flush. I declined and bought the Subaru flush for $40. Filter and oil another $50. It took me 1hr. per the instructions. Wow.

I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Forester and I could not be more pleased with the service I received. This was my first time buying a new car and Shelly White made me feel so incredibly comfortable through the entire process. And it was delivered to my home in Roswell..amazing customer service. Mike Lopez was amazing as well. He walked me through my financing options while throughly explaining every step. I don’t plan on purchasing another car anytime soon, but when I do, I will absolutely be back to Fiesta Subaru.

Zack helped my mom get into a new 2026 Pathfinder, she was super sweet with explaining important details about finances. He took his time to show her the differences between models and made sure she was comfortable with every decision without pushing her into anything.
