For those who wish not to read the entire menu. I found Fiesta Subaru to be one of the best dealerships I've ever dealt with in a long time! "The Four Musketeers and the Anchor" I've purchased many vehicles in my 76 years, but this last decade I haven't purchased any vehicles until this year of 2026. In my many vehicles over the years, I have owned two new Subarus. My first Subaru was a 1986 hatchback and my second Subaru was a 2006 Forester hatchback. I purchased a new Subaru because of my experience with many vehicles, but primarily because of my experience with the two previous Subarus I had owned. I have to admit with the first Subaru I had in 1986 when I was younger, I used to work on my own vehicles. I didn't have any difficulties with minor things like changing the spark plugs and oil and filter along with air filter and other things like windshield wipers. But when it came to changing the timing chain this was out of my realm. I found it hard to find any independent mechanics that were familiar with the Subaru engine and acquiring parts at that time. Of course, nowadays that's has done a 180 and therefore I purchased my new Subaru in 2026 Regarding my purchase at Fiesta Subaru, I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of these five individuals that assisted with the purchase of my vehicle. I call the four individuals the four musketeers and one individual, the anchor. My first three encounters were with Daniel and he gave me the rundown on the vehicles. At this time I didn't know what Subaru I would be purchasing. Since my last Subaru was a Forester Daniel had his main man CJ to do a work up and I might add one hell of a quote on a Forester. Then I went home to ponder, it wasn't just the price, but it was also about the vehicle. I had questions about the size of the vehicle. The last rollout of Subaru's has gotten much larger in size. And for the last 16 years I've been driving a Mini Cooper S with the Cooper works! I returned to  the Fiesta Subaru and needed to look at the Crosstrek. I found Daniel, but he was with a client at the time, and instead of having me come back, he introduced me to Christopher Lee, which was my third encounter. Chris was very helpful as the previous two musketeers. After Chris was finished explaining the difference between the vehicles, somehow he was able to get me in a Crosstrek and we went for a test drive. Upon returning, Christopher worked out some numbers for me and it turned out that the anchor in this article was Sunny the general manager. Now you must know, I like to wheel and deal and I wanted to obtain the best price possible especially for an individual living on a fixed income so definitely I wanted not just a good outcome, but an excellent outcome. So to make things short, Sunny didn't let me down by any stretch and we came to an agreeable outcome. Now everybody knows where I'm headed, to the worst part, the financial part, where you have to sign on the X. Well happy to say the next Musketeer happened to be "Lawrence" and if anybody's purchasing a vehicle at Fiesta Subaru you don't want to miss out meeting Lawrence! I have to admit, I never had so much fun signing for so much debt as I did with Lawrence. Now, Lawrence is an individual that works with numbers and know dobt he has to please the management just like the rest of the musketeers and the anchor. But as I did the others, I tried to do with Lawrence and to my surprise, Lawrence acted like a true brother and was all in to help. After working over Lawrence, we had a conversation and I came to the conclusion we both had the same interest in outdoor activities. So naturally, the weasel that I am, I tried to befriend him and didn't do myself much justice after working him over.. But I'm not giving up, I'm gonna "keep trying", Lawrence! A very needed thank you to Daniel and CJ who after the fact tossed in a hell of a bonus when he didn't need to, also Christopher and the anchor Sonny and best of all, Lawrence, with the "darn" finance! I, Rebecca Halderman purchased a Forester from Adriana Nunez on Tuesday, September 15. She was awesome. Had all the paperwork ready and took her time explaining everything very thoroughly. I must say that my experience with her was the best I’ve ever had at an auto dealership. If anyone ever asks me where to purchase a Subaru I will definitely say Fiesta Subaru is the only place to go.

We had a very good experience dealing with the folks at Fiesta Hyundai. Dan Ngo, the sales person who handled our lease turn-in and new purchase was efficient, organized, and clear about the process - 10/10. The finance manager was also very organized and led us through the options without ever making us feel pressured to choose anything. I would definitely recommend this place.

We recently purchased a spiffy looking 2026 Forester with the extraordinary assistance of Adriana Nunez. She was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. We especially appreciated her when we cancelled out on buying a Forester a few months earlier. She understood our situation and didn't continuously try contacting us to see if we were ready to come back in. We also had a smooth pleasant experience with Lawrence in finance. Also want to mention Fiesta has a very impressive looking service area and waiting room.

Shopping around for parts availability and pricing can be a real hassle sometimes but Samantha there in parts made that process so much easier and straightforward. Definitely a star employee who answered all my questions and a very knowledgeable sweet young lady. Great experience as a first time buyer and excellent follow up services since my purchase date.

I went to Fiesta for routine maintenance with an out of state extended service plan. They were able to honor the plan up front vs having us submit a voucher for reimbursement. Dante went over and above by contacting the service plan when it didn't show up in their system. He even recommending a hitch lock for our bike rack. He was courteous, and explained all incidental costs up front. What a warm welcome to Albuquerque

Reuben was awesome, and went above and beyond for me! The service crew did a great job and was surprisingly quick as well. I know nobody ever wants to take their vehicle in to get worked on, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Five stars all around

We had a great experience here! Car lots are typically pushy, uneducated, and inefficient. I didn't feel this way at all with Fiesta Kia. The salesman, Tristan, knew the cars inside and out. He had great communication on and off the lot. Once we had decided on a car he made sure we understood all the features before taking it home. Tristan honestly made the experience. I made a 9:30 appointment for car service. It’s 11 and they’re finally getting to my car. With an appointment this is unacceptable. Okay, I got the service comped. I really do appreciate that. However, 2 hours with an appointment versus 2-1/2 without?

I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism Ralph and the fiesta kia group have shown. We were in and out before we could blink. Definitely the fastest we have ever dealt with a dealership and they jumped through hoops to get us into the vehicle we asked for. Every issue I have brought to their attention has been dealt with in both a professional manner and a timely manner. This post is a little late for the fact we have had a lot on our plate but writing this to let them know I haven't forgotten.

Best sales person I have ever dealt with in the 50 years of buying vehicles. If you are reading this, go in and talk to Ralph Navarro. As a side note: the sales manager, finance person, and other sales personnel are also very easy to deal with.

We could not recommend Fiesta Volkswagen on Lomas more highly. Our sales representative, Damien Schwalbach, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions with ease. The sales manager, Kyle Bachman, was also incredibly helpful and worked diligently to obtain the best price for our new 2026 Tiguan. The finance manager, Ruby Caro, also helped us with our purchase and was so professional and courteous.

Employees at fiesta suburu were so efficient and kind! I went in for an oil change, and they were so quick and professional! The inside of their building is so clean! I Had a random question with no prior knowledge I made an inquiry to "Sam" about "Locking Lug Nuts" turns out, they actually have a key AND that it can be replaced easier by filling out the registration form.

I had a great experience overall. Nathan was friendly, professional, and never made me feel pressured at any point. Michael, the manager, was also great and made sure everything went smoothly. This was my 1st experience with Fiesta Volkswagen, and VW in general, and I am so impressed. Mike Lujan was our main guy, and he knew everything about the cars we test drove. Business Manager Ruby Caro was friendly, efficient, and professional when it came time to sign all the paperwork. I felt I was in good hands from the moment I stepped onto the lot. 12/10, would buy here again.

Ralph Navarro was awesome to work with. Kept the whole process clear and explained each step along the way. Everyone should go see him if you need a new car.

Such smooth experience from the moment we walked in to tje moment we left with our new vehicle.

It’s usually a 40 minute drive for me to get to this dealership but I really don’t mind because the staff are always polite and have serviced my vehicle in a timely manner each time.

Service consultant Jair Rendon was excellent to work with on complicated issues with our low mileage 2020 Kia Soul. He facilitated discussions with Kia headquarters that resulted in the replacement of the car's engine at no cost to us.

No high pressure, answered all my questions, but some uncomfortable negotiations on the price. It all turned out well though.

My partner and I went in to look one day. Rodger helped us and was very friendly and encouraging put not pushy in an annoying way. He helped us find the car we wanted and what he thought was best for us. The staff was friendly, transparent and everyone we spoke to made us feel welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be going back in the future.

We were very pleased with Joseph Hernandez, I told we wanted a used 2022 Toyota Camry and he called me with any new leads on one. We ended up buying one he was very helpful and he had all the paperwork ready when we got there. So didn't have to spend hours waiting. I would recommend him if your looking to huy a new or used car.

I'd like to leave a review for Fiesta Subaru, and especially for Chris Cleveland, Service Advisor. I purchased my Subaru Crosstrek from Fiesta Subaru in 2022 and had a great buying experience, so I was happy to return for service. I live about three hours away, so I don't make it to Albuquerque very often. Before making the trip, I called with a few questions about my vehicle and asked if they could do a quick inspection to see whether it was time for new tires and brakes. Chris went above and beyond both over the phone and in person. He took the time to answer my questions, provided a clear quote, and when I brought my car in, he walked me through the tire and brake measurements. When I asked, he also took the time to write a few notes for me to help me remember what we discussed. He explained my options without any pressure and helped me understand what services my vehicle would need. I appreciated Chris' honesty and customer-focused approach. He never made me feel patronized or pressured, which usually happens to women in automotive spaces. I did not get pressured into paying for services my vehicle wasn't ready for, which is something I was very concerned about going into the visit. Instead I got information I needed to take good care of my vehicle. It was very meaningful to me to have someone be kind and patient and value a long-term customer relationship over making a quick service sale. This is more of a cautionary tale mixed in with some anger. Great experience overall, salesperson was fantastic, sales manager great, finance — not so great which was an anomaly. If one complains about the finance guy , they take it out on the salesperson, not the offender. Sadly the salesperson did everything right and he will take the brunt of the blame for the situation caused by a bad financial person. History - Went in and saw the car with the trim we wanted. We had researched and driven the model at another dealership who did not have the trim level and color we wanted and seemed unwilling to get one delivered to them . Found one in Denver $895 delivery fee. Drove 60 miles and found 30+ cars with the trim levels we were looking for. At the time( this fluctuates) there was an addendum of $5600+ . $2100 fee? I said no way and the addendum was removed. Seems like all the local dealerships add to the MSRP, high profit items for them before shipping the car . Wheel locks, first aid kit, hazard kit( cheap vinyl gloves, small caution triangle) $87! A few unnecessary item , hundreds of dollars to dealership. Dealer transfer fee- $500 . Junk fee, seems every dealership is doing it. I was convinced to pay it( even though I knew it was junk( small dealership etc.) my bad. So about $1000 left on the table. As an older individual, that hurt. Finance person was the real problem. Nice enough, built trust. There is a reason they are the biggest profit maker in the dealership. All went well, but he made a strange comment when asked about prepayment penalties/ paying it off early. 6 months waiting period. Purchased 20+ new cars and this was a first. He was persuasive, things have changed etc. 2026,2019,2017, and 2026(inw not from this dealership) are our current autos years. Sounded strange, not right. Researched, read the contract, nowhere does it state that. Inclusion clause ( by law). But we still went back maybe we missed something. Finance —he came to the sales floor and wove a fictional tale. That the dealership, credit union, and the state had closed all the loopholes and more importantly the dealership had ways to enforce the rule. Seemed more concerned with the charge back the credit union will do to the dealership. No concern apparently with our financial concerns. By now I was very amused and getting angry (have PTS) as he continued . He left my wife close to tears. Pure fabrication and I wonder how many times the story had worked on other individuals. Maybe this is why he is where he is at —- a small annex of a much bigger dealership. Just beware,. He is a shark

I recently had a great experience with the salesman ( Ralph Navarro) that I just have to share. From the time we arrived to the time we left Ralph was excellent. Ralph was knowledgeable about the vehicles based upon my needs. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Thanks to him I walked away not just with a beautiful Kia for my wife but also feeling valued as a customer. It's experiences like this that make shopping a pleasure.
