This is more of a cautionary tale mixed in with some anger. Great experience overall, salesperson was fantastic, sales manager great, finance — not so great which was an anomaly. If one complains about the finance guy , they take it out on the salesperson, not the offender. Sadly the salesperson did everything right and he will take the brunt of the blame for the situation caused by a bad financial person. History - Went in and saw the car with the trim we wanted. We had researched and driven the model at another dealership who did not have the trim level and color we wanted and seemed unwilling to get one delivered to them . Found one in Denver $895 delivery fee. Drove 60 miles and found 30+ cars with the trim levels we were looking for. At the time( this fluctuates) there was an addendum of $5600+ . $2100 fee? I said no way and the addendum was removed. Seems like all the local dealerships add to the MSRP, high profit items for them before shipping the car . Wheel locks, first aid kit, hazard kit( cheap vinyl gloves, small caution triangle) $87! A few unnecessary item , hundreds of dollars to dealership. Dealer transfer fee- $500 . Junk fee, seems every dealership is doing it. I was convinced to pay it( even though I knew it was junk( small dealership etc.) my bad. So about $1000 left on the table. As an older individual, that hurt. Finance person was the real problem. Nice enough, built trust. There is a reason they are the biggest profit maker in the dealership. All went well, but he made a strange comment when asked about prepayment penalties/ paying it off early. 6 months waiting period. Purchased 20+ new cars and this was a first. He was persuasive, things have changed etc. 2026,2019,2017, and 2026(inw not from this dealership) are our current autos years. Sounded strange, not right. Researched, read the contract, nowhere does it state that. Inclusion clause ( by law). But we still went back maybe we missed something. Finance —he came to the sales floor and wove a fictional tale. That the dealership, credit union, and the state had closed all the loopholes and more importantly the dealership had ways to enforce the rule. Seemed more concerned with the charge back the credit union will do to the dealership. No concern apparently with our financial concerns. By now I was very amused and getting angry (have PTS) as he continued . He left my wife close to tears. Pure fabrication and I wonder how many times the story had worked on other individuals. I just wanted to share some of our experience working with Tommy Footracer at Fiesta Volkwagen. We went through a very indepth process to lease an 2026 Tiguan. Tommy was very helpful with this process, also helping with the process to sign up for a loan through Volkswagen financial. And to finish up with going above and beyond with Tommy, he drove the vehicle to our home in NE ABQ, due to my wife not being able to drive yet after and accident. We were very greatful to Tommy for his assistance in getting the vehicle home. This was very helpful and we really just wanted to bring attention to Tommys efforts in our purchase with Fiesta VW. If you are a young woman looking for a no pressure experience Adri will take care of you , she answered all of my questions so patiently and did not pressure me or make me feel silly . Great experience! And they have a dealership cat !

This is more of a cautionary tale mixed in with some anger. Great experience overall, salesperson was fantastic, sales manager great, finance — not so great which was an anomaly. If one complains about the finance guy , they take it out on the salesperson, not the offender. Sadly the salesperson did everything right and he will take the brunt of the blame for the situation caused by a bad financial person. History - Went in and saw the car with the trim we wanted. We had researched and driven the model at another dealership who did not have the trim level and color we wanted and seemed unwilling to get one delivered to them . Found one in Denver $895 delivery fee. Drove 60 miles and found 30+ cars with the trim levels we were looking for. At the time( this fluctuates) there was an addendum of $5600+ . $2100 fee? I said no way and the addendum was removed. Seems like all the local dealerships add to the MSRP, high profit items for them before shipping the car . Wheel locks, first aid kit, hazard kit( cheap vinyl gloves, small caution triangle) $87! A few unnecessary item , hundreds of dollars to dealership. Dealer transfer fee- $500 . Junk fee, seems every dealership is doing it. I was convinced to pay it( even though I knew it was junk( small dealership etc.) my bad. So about $1000 left on the table. As an older individual, that hurt. Finance person was the real problem. Nice enough, built trust. There is a reason they are the biggest profit maker in the dealership. All went well, but he made a strange comment when asked about prepayment penalties/ paying it off early. 6 months waiting period. Purchased 20+ new cars and this was a first. He was persuasive, things have changed etc. 2026,2019,2017, and 2026(inw not from this dealership) are our current autos years. Sounded strange, not right. Researched, read the contract, nowhere does it state that. Inclusion clause ( by law). But we still went back maybe we missed something. Finance —he came to the sales floor and wove a fictional tale. That the dealership, credit union, and the state had closed all the loopholes and more importantly the dealership had ways to enforce the rule. Seemed more concerned with the charge back the credit union will do to the dealership. No concern apparently with our financial concerns. By now I was very amused and getting angry (have PTS) as he continued . He left my wife close to tears. Pure fabrication and I wonder how many times the story had worked on other individuals. Maybe this is why he is where he is at —- a small annex of a much bigger dealership. Just beware,. He is a shark

I recently had a great experience with the salesman ( Ralph Navarro) that I just have to share. From the time we arrived to the time we left Ralph was excellent. Ralph was knowledgeable about the vehicles based upon my needs. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Thanks to him I walked away not just with a beautiful Kia for my wife but also feeling valued as a customer. It's experiences like this that make shopping a pleasure.
