I've been in sales for over 22 years, so I know the difference between someone working an angle and someone actually trying to help. I know the "sales techniques" and can tell when someone is trying to get what they can out of me vs actually trying to help me find what I need. Ralph at Fiesta Kia is exactly that. Most people walk into a dealership with their guard up, and honestly, that reputation is earned. The stereotype of the pushy, say-anything salesperson exists for a reason. But in my career I've found that the ones who truly stand out and last the longest aren't the ones with the sharpest techniques. They're the ones who genuinely care about the person in front of them and refuse to compromise that no matter what. Ralph loves serving people more than selling cars, and you can feel that from the first conversation. He was focused on finding the right vehicle, not closing a deal. As the interaction went on, he only got better. If you're in the market for a new car, go talk to Ralph. You'll leave feeling great about your vehicle and the person who helped you get it.
